Storm preparation...

Good morning, it was a lot of work, but all traps have been hauled and safely moved inside the harbor. A guy came up to me, as I was placing them in new spots, and he said he has been hammering them out there! Little issue, now without a working GPS or Depth Finder, I may have placed a couple in too deep. I know, because they took off like rockets to the bottom. Will have to go at low tide to see if I can find them!

This storm or "front" or whatever is causing the NE winds is suppose to last for 4-5 days. They are forecasting 8-12 foot seas and 30 knot winds. The 2019 Banfield Lobster Pot Bet is most likely going to end with us fishing this new little honey hole! I am planning to pull traps out of water on Monday so our old spot won't be revisited until 2020!

Today's number was 13.

TYD number 222

Side Note: I have about 45 of these little things in my cage next to the boat...need some takers!
